Return and Exchange Policy
At Junaid Perfumes, we are committed to customer satisfaction and to providing a premium shopping experience that meets the highest quality standards. Accordingly, the following Return and Exchange Policy has been established:
First: Return and Exchange Conditions
- All products are eligible for return or exchange, except for Dehn Al Oudh products, natural oud, and aromatic oils.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and sealed in its complete original packaging.
- Return requests are accepted within a maximum period of three (3) business days from the date of purchase.
- Exchange requests are accepted within a maximum period of fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase.
- Orders purchased using gift vouchers, credit cards, or discount coupons are not eligible for cash refunds. Any exchange, if applicable, shall be subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
Second: Exchange of Defective Products
In the event of a manufacturing defect, the customer is entitled to request an exchange for a similar product within a maximum period of fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is unused and in the same condition as received.
